Ethical Code of Conduct
This code of conduct serves as a practical guide for ethics that all Novatra employees are required to follow in their activities. It calls on them to act in alignment with the company’s values, respecting all our stakeholders.
The Ethical Code of Conduct aims to provide employees with key principles that should guide their decision-making. Each employee should refer to it to determine the appropriate behavior in case of doubt, particularly regarding the validity of a decision or the ethics of a practice.
